　　Chen Lingling is one of the early scientists engaged in the research of long noncoding RNA in the world. In 2011, he completed postdoctoral research in the United States and chose to return to China to carry out research on RNA biology.

　　After returning to China, Chen Lingling started from the laboratory, recruiting teams, applying for funds and training graduate students. In this field called biological "dark matter", she led the laboratory team to achieve a series of original research results through unremitting efforts.

　　At present, Chen Lingling actively promotes new technologies and methods of RNA for some clinical transformation research. In 2006, he and the village party branch mobilized villagers to set up cooperatives and began to take the market-oriented road, and everyone’s income increased steadily.
