He not only mastered the skills and business of his post, but also helped other front-line employees improve their skills and laid a solid technical foundation for the development of the enterprise.

Combination of theory and practice

Fourteen years ago, Liang Guiyu graduated from college. At that time, he had just turned 20 years old, and he applied to the Northeast Branch of Shenyang Yuanda Aluminum Engineering Co., Ltd. and became a material worker. In this ordinary post, he studied with an open mind and soon became familiar with the production environment and the electrical drawings of various systems of blanking CNC machine tools.

In the process of maintenance, Liang Guiyu always tries to follow the whole process, strictly control the quality and avoid secondary maintenance, which saves manpower and reduces the consumption of materials.

Liang Guiyu was impressed by everyone for the first time when he successfully solved the problem of big saw deviation. At that time, Liang Guiyu changed the fixed deviation device into a movable bolt device through observation. In this way, whenever the big saw deviates seriously, workers can eliminate the deviation fault by pulling it gently, which greatly improves the production efficiency. After the position of the deviation device is fixed, it will not shift, which ensures the safety of workers and facilitates the reassembly.

Pay equal attention to qualification and safety.

Liang Guiyu will arrive at his post more than one hour in advance every day, which has become his habit for many years. After arriving at the post, he will check the production equipment, processing accuracy and size in turn, follow up the production progress of the day and complete the handover task. As for the off-duty time, he often has to postpone it for nearly 2 hours to ensure that the production equipment and parts are correct, and also to make a good blanking and processing plan for the next shift.

In the eyes of outsiders, operating a big saw CNC machine tool is nothing more than clicking a few switches, but it is not. The more advanced the equipment, the more prone to complex technical problems. CNC machine tools are like a beast, and it is difficult to "tame" if the method is wrong. In a production process, a CNC machine tool suddenly lost the internal data of the whole system, which led to the complete paralysis of the machining center. In the face of the problem, Liang Guiyu used the principle of CNC machine tools to compare nearly 10,000 pieces of data one by one. It took a whole four days to run and check step by step, and finally recovered the lost data.

As the backbone of the team and an old employee, Liang Guiyu has never had a safety accident in his work. In the past two years, with the growth of enterprises, more and more newcomers have joined, and it has become an important task for Liang Guiyu to carry out safety education for newcomers. Before each start, Liang Guiyu will have a 10-minute pre-shift training to explain various safety issues.

Thanks to Liang Guiyu’s efforts, outstanding employees are constantly emerging, which not only ensures the qualified rate of workshop products, but also greatly reduces the company’s losses.

In the summer of 2014, due to heavy production tasks and short downtime of equipment, the state of the equipment was very unstable, and there were great security risks. During that time, Liang Guiyu was always on the front line of production, inspecting the equipment, collecting tendentious data, analyzing the work and recording it. He also creatively put forward the "three-thirds working method", which not only ensured the progress, but also reduced the equipment failure rate.
