　　Zuo Jun: If the central authorities have plans and the municipal party committee has requirements, Shizhu must take concrete actions. 　　Zuo Jun: In recent years, we have earnestly implemented the development concept of "Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets", fully implemented the requirements of "jointly protecting and not developing", adhered to ecological priority and green development, and promoted the harmonious coexistence between man and nature.

　　First, carry out the "five major actions" of environmental protection in depth, conscientiously implement the "Ten Articles of Atmosphere", "Ten Articles of Water" and "Ten Articles of Soil", and the excellent rate of air quality in the county reaches 92%; Second, vigorously carry out afforestation and greening activities. Last year, 250,000 mu of afforestation was added, with a forest area of 2.51 million mu and a forest coverage rate of 57.4%. Shizhu has successively won the title of "National Greening Model County" and "National Green Well-off County"; The third is to fully implement the river length system and strengthen the water ecological management and control of 29 county-level rivers and 38 reservoirs; Fourth, accelerate the construction of environmental protection infrastructure, carry out comprehensive improvement of rural environment in depth, strengthen law enforcement supervision, and comprehensively complete the rectification work according to the feedback from the central environmental protection inspector.

　　Zuo Jun: We have established the development theme of "transformation, health care and green rise", and put forward the idea of developing health care industry, building health care economy and building a "health care stone pillar", taking the "big health care" industry focusing on "caring, living, moving, cultivating, recuperating and eating" as the first traction industry for the development of stone pillars. 　　Zuo Jun: This year is the decisive year for our county to get rid of poverty. Under the guidance of the Supreme Leader’s Socialism with Chinese characteristics Thought in the new era, we adhere to the basic strategy of precise poverty alleviation, take poverty alleviation as the overall situation of economic and social development, focus on the "three tasks" of deep adjustment of agricultural industrial structure, rural "three changes" reform, rural human settlements improvement and housing stability, and make "embroidery" efforts to improve the quality of poverty alleviation.

We know that Shizhu has lifted 65 poverty-stricken villages and more than 50,000 poor people out of poverty, but the rest is a "fortress" of deep poverty that is more difficult to overcome. According to the relevant person in charge of Shizhu County, in the past, when foreigners talked about Shizhu’s tourism industry, most of them thought of yellow water to escape the heat in summer. Nowadays, Shizhu is in full swing to build a healthy tourism industry, which has built a new pattern of four-season tourism products: "spring outing, summer vacation, autumn forest viewing and winter skiing".

　　In recent years, Shizhu, based on the four resource advantages of beautiful natural scenery, high-quality characteristic agriculture, unique Tujia customs and convenient modern transportation, advocates green development, breaks through the problem of health care, and has embarked on a characteristic development road of leading the big health care industry with health care tourism and building a global health care resort.

　　"At present, the Dakangyang industry has derived six health and wellness modes: observation, living, moving, culture, recuperation and food. Kangyang tourism has become a booming trend in our county. " According to the person in charge, in 2017, Shizhu County actively sought investment of nearly 4 billion yuan from all parties and promoted the construction of 13 key tourism projects. At the same time, it also vigorously launched investment promotion and competition, and planned and packaged 46 investment promotion projects, including Lengshui Kangyang Characteristic Town and China Tusi City, around the theme of Four Seasons Tourism and Kangyang Tourism.
