The case of the missing girl in Chun ‘an triggered a hot discussion among netizens, which should be reflected more than condemnation.
Zhejiang Online Hangzhou July 14th (Zhejiang Online reporter Jia Xiaowen)On the 6th day of Zhang Zixin’s loss, and the 4th day of search and rescue, Zhang Zixin’s disappearance, which affected countless netizens, finally failed to wait for a miracle.
Yesterday (13th) at 9: 30 pm, the official Weibo of Xiangshan County Public Security Bureau in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province issued a notice. After forensic identification, the girl’s body found in Shipu sea area of Xiangshan County was confirmed to be Zhang Zixin, a lost girl in Chun ‘an County, Hangzhou. Since then, the search for the missing little girl in Chun ‘an has been settled, but the whereabouts of the child after losing contact and the abnormal behavior of the two tenants have become the biggest questions in everyone’s mind.

How did the incident progress?
At noon on July 10th, Zhejiang Online reporter learned from Chun ‘an County Public Security Bureau that at 10 o’clock on July 8th, some people reported that at 6: 30 am on July 4th, home tenants Liang Mouhua and Xie Moufang lied about taking their children to Shanghai for a wedding banquet and taking Zhang Zixin away from home. I didn’t bring my child back as agreed on July 7, and then I lost contact.
I thought that I could find the child as long as I found the tenant, but this is not the case. In the early morning of July 8, two tenants who took the child committed suicide in Dongqian Lake, Ningbo, and the girl Zhang Zixin’s whereabouts were unknown.
At 7 o’clock on the evening of the 10th, Xiangshan County Public Security Bureau issued a notice saying that at 19: 18 on July 7th, Zhang Zixin and his tenant were found on the road from Songlanshan to Juexi Street in Xiangshan County. At 22: 20, only two tenants appeared on the monitoring screen of the entrance and exit in the north of Songlan Mountain Tourist Resort, and no little girl was seen, so the search scope was controlled in the coastline of Songlan Mountain. On the evening of the same day, I found Zhang Zixin’s citizen card at the Sunwatch Pavilion at the seaside of Songlan Mountain.
Since then, Xiangshan police organized water conservancy and fishery, emergency management, Songlanshan Management Committee, Juexi Street, and nine private rescue teams, totaling 400 to 500 people, and spread out to search from the starting point of Guanri Pavilion. Soldiers were divided into two roads to search in forests and sea areas. The rescue work lasted for 4 days from the afternoon of the 10th.
On the evening of July 13th, Ningbo Xiangshan County Public Security Bureau informed that the girl’s body found in Shipu sea area of Xiangshan County that afternoon was confirmed to be Zhang Zixin, a lost girl in Chun ‘an County, Hangzhou.
According to the coordinated investigation by local police, from July 4th, when Ri Zhang Zixin left Chun ‘an’s home, to July 7th, when Ri Zhang Zixin disappeared in Songshan Mountain, in just four days, the tenant and Zhang Zixin went to several coastal cities in Fujian, Guangdong and Zhejiang provinces, and reported their safety on WeChat with Zhang Zixin’s grandparents in the first three days.

Netizens have different opinions.
After the incident, everyone has different opinions. Among them, there is no lack of condemnation of Zhang Zixin’s parents and grandparents. Netizen "Sakura Flower" said: "It is the responsibility of parents to give birth to children. It doesn’t matter if there is no good life. There must be love. Love for children is what every parent must do."
Zhang Jun, the father of the missing girl, saw the condemnation of netizens and his mood was complicated. On the one hand, he has to take care of his parents’ health and emotions, and at the same time, he has to look for his missing daughter. He told netizens many times through the media: "Zhang Zixin grew up with his grandparents. They are also the people who love Zhang Zixin the most. The two old people are the most painful now. I hope netizens will stop blaming the old people and give them too much pressure."
Netizens speculated that the disappearance of the child was once related to Zhang Zixin’s mother. On the morning of July 11th, Zhang Jun responded: "I saw all kinds of comments from netizens, and even suspected that my ex-wife planned it. These ideas are ridiculous. I contacted my ex-wife on the evening of the 10th and told her that the child was missing. She didn’t believe that the child would have an accident until her uncle sent her a video of search and rescue, and she confirmed that the child had an accident. "
In addition, Liang and Xie, who committed suicide by throwing themselves into the lake, are the biggest focus of discussion. Until yesterday, Weibo @ Voice of China news, Yu Xiaoyang, deputy director of Chun ‘an County Public Security Bureau, revealed that it is basically determined that the two have nothing to do with religious organizations circulating on the Internet.
We should reflect more than condemn.
Tragedy has happened, so we should pay more attention to the problem of left-behind children reflected by the incident itself than speculation and condemnation.
Looking back on the life of the lost girl, 9-year-old Zhang Zixin was a left-behind child. Her father Zhang Jun worked in Tianjin all the year round, and her mother Zeng was not in harmony with Zhang Jun. Zhang Zixin was taken care of by her grandparents since childhood. What Grandma Zhang Zixin said in the interview was heartbreaking: "When the child was two years old, her mother left home and never came back. Therefore, once someone is kind to children, children will stick to each other. (Granddaughter) is a very lively and lovely child … …”
Regarding the current incident, He Jie, an associate professor of psychology and behavioral science at Zhejiang University, thinks that Zhang Zixin is a lively child from his father’s mouth, which may be a child approaching temperament in psychological research. She has high positive emotions and good social skills. However, because of the lack of care for parents in the process of growing up, it may make it easy for girls to get a sense of security from people who are kind to her and trust others easily.
Zhang Zixin, who lacks love, is the epitome of thousands of left-behind children in rural Qian Qian, China. According to the statistics of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, by the end of August 2018, there were 6.97 million left-behind children in rural areas.
How to treat and give more care to left-behind children? He Jie told reporters that for left-behind children, they are even less in love, more eager to get the attention of teachers, classmates and society, and need to give more love, patience and always care about their mental health. They are most likely to be unable to communicate emotionally and get correct guidance and help because they are not accompanied by their parents. In addition, schools should strengthen ideological and moral education for left-behind children, enhance students’ legal concept, conduct legal education, and talk about how to protect themselves, so that they can truly appreciate the warmth of the class and the fun of learning.
