According to the meteorological drought monitoring on September 27th, there were moderate to severe meteorological droughts in southwestern Jiangsu, most of Anhui, most of Henan, most of Hubei, southern Zhejiang, Fujian, Jiangxi, Hunan, northern and eastern Guizhou, northern and eastern Guangdong, central and northern Guangxi, and southeastern Chongqing, with extreme droughts in southwestern Zhejiang, southern Anhui, eastern Hubei, northwestern and northeastern Fujian, most of Jiangxi, and central and southern Hunan. It is predicted that in the next three days, there will be moderate to heavy rain in parts of Chongqing, Guangxi, Guangdong and other places, and there will be heavy rain locally, which is beneficial to alleviating meteorological drought. However, most of the remaining dry areas will still have little rain, and meteorological drought will continue or develop, so it is necessary to continue to do a good job in drought prevention and drought relief.
